Hi Ladies,

Been so desperate recently, as it's been 9 months now after my baby's delivery and up to now my tummy is still big!

Can anybody give me advice, it'll surely be a great help!

Thanks in advance

I finally got a fitness dvd (never done that before and was quite skeptical) but it's brilliant! It's called 10 minute solution blast off belly fat! I do about 30 mins a day while DS is napping, and I think I can tell some difference. It has different sections and really focuses on the abs. I got it on Amazon for about £3. Good luck!

Hi Ladies, Been so desperate recently, as it's been 9 months now after my baby's delivery and up to now my tummy is still big! Can anybody give me advice, it'll surely be a great help! Thanks in advance Are you generally overweight??? If everywhere else is very slim and it's just your tummy, I'd suggest some pilates or other core work to flatten the belly. If you're 'meaty' everywhere then the only thing that will reduce your tummy is cardio work to bring down your percentage body fat. Give yourself a break, it's early days and you'd be doing yourself a favour to just enjoy your baby. I'll bet you wouldn't swap your precious child for a flat tummy would you? ;)

I still have a jingly belly after 17 months, but I think thats pure laziness! I think its just a matter of toning up and getting your stomach muscles back to what they were. Sit ups, crunches and then a bit of cardoi for weight loss too. They say it takes 12 months for your body to get back to normal...if not longer.
