Hi girls, my ds is 18 months now and he was sleeping through the night all fine until recently.... can't quite understand what has changed but he is now waking up everynight, several times and just wont settle unless i pick him up. when I finally manage to make him sleep, the process of putting him back in his cot wakes him up and i have to start all over again.
i tried to let him cio but he vomits (everytime i tried...) and gets so incredibly upset it takes me 5 times longer to calm him down again...
i am running out of options and certainly of patience; the lack of sleep also does not help me think of a different approach i could take.
any suggestions please?
