I'm trying to wean my 11 month as would like to be down to just one breasfeed before bed by the time she is 1. She is currently feeding 3 times a day though I am working on bring that down to twice - some days this is succesful, others not! She is not happy to take formula - tried bottle and cup - would rather she progressed on to cup now. And I do not want to express, as I have never enjoyed it and am really looking to reduce my own suply now. Any advice would be appreciated!!!
