My company provides me with housing in Dubai. I do not get a cash payment, instead I am issued a furnished apartment that is paid for by my company.
I am pregnant and due in January. My company has notified me that I will receive full pay and housing during my 6 weeks maternity leave,
BUT if I take any of the additional 100 days without pay I will not be entitled to any housing during that time. So I will either have to move out of the apartment for those days or pay the landlord directly (10,500/month).
Has anyone encountered this situation before?
Can some one please offer some advice.

Thank you

Agree, you need to move out or pay the landlord the rent amount for 100days.... Accommodation and other allowances are part of your gross salary hence, all will be forfeited and not payable if you will have any unpaid leaves..

Thank you The house as per your salary is part of your salary package therefore if you take 100 days unpaid then you will forfeit any housing or accommodation paid to you
