I had my son a few years ago at city hospital and now I am due to deliver there with my DS2, I know they provided some items the first time but because it was such a while ago I just want to make sure, anyone had their baby there recently that can provide me with a list of what they provide for you and especially the baby. Then one more thing is there any documentation or pre-registration that you have to do even if your doctor is at city hospital

city is amazing - in the uk you have to take the kitchen sink, here they provide everything - loved it! they actually give you a list of what you need to take - it is very short! http://britneyofarabia.blogspot.ae/2014/05/packing-your-hospital-bag.html

they provide pretty much everything, bar the clothes and baby blankets (although I suspect if you asked for some they'd provide it). if you prefer a particular brand of nappies/ wipes/ baby toiletries then bring your own. If you plan to use formula and have a preference as to brand then bring that as well. for you, they provide toiletries, pads etc so just need to bring your pyjamas, clothes to leave in and of course iPad/ phone charger etc. your doctor should see to it that all the registration/ documentation for birth is processed in the last few weeks of your pregnancy so you shouldn't have to do anything more, besides settle the bill on your way out. Good luck!
