Ok so I am thinking of moving bedtime that use to be 6pm and now 6.30/6.40 to 7pm. How is best to do this from experience? He is waking early a round 5.30/6.00 so a friend suggested I push bedtime to 7pm as he is 1 year

My DS is 17 months old. He is at the age where a long afternoon nap means he is not tired until very late, usually around 9:30 pm. If he has only a thirty minute nap which ends before 1 pm (which I prefer), then I can get him to sleep at 7:30 pm... When he was 12 months old, he was usually going to sleep around 7:30 and waking up around 6:30 am, with feeds in between of course! Now he is finally sleeping through the night!

My DD has been going to bed between 6:30 and 7:30 for the last 8 months or so and she's currently 19 months old.

DD has been goin to bed around 7pm for several months now and she's 14months currently. It was 6:30pm when she has younger. Some nights it may stretch to 7:30pm but that's the limit really...

Was just wondering what sort of times people put their 12 month old to bed?
