Business Bay might be packed with residential buildings and hotels, however, not many offer amenities underneath the buildings.

While the buildings almost disappear into the clouds, you’ll find yourself looking up at the sheer height and size of the buildings.

Residential apartments in Business Bay are not cheap but for the price, you are paying for the spaciousness and airiness that comes with the area. You can find every type of residential option to choose from too, including studios to 4+ bedroom and even penthouses and duplexes.

It’s the perfect location if you’re looking to rent from a complete range of options and pay less for transportation in your daily life, as there are lots of public transport options in the area.

All the properties also have fantastic views of Dubai from the buildings in DIFC, the Burj Khalifa in Downtown, the beaches in Jumeirah and the waters of the Water Canal.

The only slight problem you might face in Business Bay would be searching for parking if you own more than one car – and while there are RTA paid street parking, the area can get very crowded and parking might be scarce.
