Who lives in Jumeirah Golf Estates?

Due to the community promoting the ultimate family lifestyle, JGE is primarily inhabited by elder, big and posh families; established families with children young and mature. Plus, you'll find your neighbours are no doubt sporting and leisure enthusiasts - and you'd be hard pressed to find someone who isn't into golf here.

Despite being a haven for most, Jumeirah Golf Estates isn't the best place for young professionals or singletons. High rents and lack of amenities means it's not the best place to live for anyone just starting out their careers here.

So far, there's only a mix of villas and townhouses available in Dubai - and most if not all come with a hefty price tag, both renting and for sale.

There's a total of 16 unique sub-communities, which overlook the two golf courses: Earth and Fire. The Earth Course is inspired by Mediterranean architecture, and has a total of 606 villas spread across 6 developments. The Fire course kept in mind the desert and its colours, and contains 439 residences spread across seven developments.

Houses in Jumeirah Golf Estates are huge, and you can find 3 to 6 bedroom configurations. Each property comes with its own garden, too.

There's currently an Al Andalus complex being built, which will consist of apartments when completed in 2020.

What are the noise levels like in Jumeirah Golf Estates?

Noise is non-existent here. JGE is a quiet Dubai community, which is mostly due to the fact it's situated away from Dubai's busy city locations like Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai. Every so often, a huge golfing tournament will be held in the community, and so you can expect some hustle and bustle during those events.
