5 Ways to Make the Most of Dubai's Summer

Summer is here… The temperature at its worst plus high humidity forces everybody to change their lifestyle and spend most of the time indoors. Here are some ideas how to beat the heat and make make the most of your summer in Dubai…
1. Energize your days with exercise
Even by the hot weather everybody in Dubai can enjoy sport – indoor of course. Walking, pushups, leg lifts, crunches – these exercises are effective and don’t require any equipment at all. Some you can even do while watching TV. If you have a modern equipped gym in the building, there is absolutely no excuse not to use it - so grab a friend and make an occasion out of it.

Are your “skinny” jeans hanging in the closet collecting dust? Are you having bikini-body pressure? Then you might need highly individualized workout with a personal trainer or efficiently planned training in the gym. Why not to escape from the heat and do something for your body and mind? Have a look on great offers on exercise and fitness.

If you are in fantastic shape - yoga, dancing, pilates or meditation will make you feel relaxed and reduce stress in the hot summer days. There are great opportunities to add more fun to the sport activities – like the ice rink at Dubai Mall or Ski Dubai in Mall of Emirates, for example.

2. Try new recipes
We all have many great recipes from the Internet, cooking shows, friends or our mums, but often say “no time for cooking”…Hot summer days in Dubai are the perfect time to surprise a family or friends with culinary delights.

Savour the taste of exotic cuisine: far Eastern, Creole, African – there is so much to discover!
