The Most Expensive Villa In Dubai Was Sold For AED90 Million

Here we have it, folks, the most expensive residential property that was sold this year in Dubai was revealed.

During the third quarter of 2018, an Emirates Hills villa sold for an astonishing AED90 million!

This villa topped the list but was soon followed by a Downtown Burj Khalifa property, which had a price tag of AED47.5 million – which is more than doubled by the Emirates Hills villa.

And a villa in the Palm Jumeirah also sold for AED34.25 million this year.

A whopping AED8.7 billion was witnessed by Dubai’s real estate in the third quarter of 2018 – and this is 13.9% less than second quarter of the year.
