Position: Medical Receptionist

Are you the person who remembers a patient’s name, keeps a busy diary under control and still manages to make everyone feel welcome?

We’d love to meet you. We’re looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our plastic surgery and aesthetic clinic in Dubai Healthcare City. This is a people-focused role at the heart of the clinic. You’ll be the first voice patients hear and the first face they see, helping them feel comfortable from their initial enquiry through to their follow-up visits.

No two days are quite the same. One moment you might be welcoming a patient for a consultation; the next, coordinating appointments with the clinical team or making sure someone receives a prompt, thoughtful response to their enquiry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answering calls, emails and in-person enquiries promptly
• Booking and confirming consultations, treatments and follow-up appointments
• Keeping appointment schedules and patient records accurate and up to date
• Helping patients with administrative questions and passing clinical queries to the appropriate team member
• Assisting with payments and everyday reception tasks
• Working closely with our surgeons, nurses and wider team so each patient’s visit runs smoothly
• Treating all patient information with care and confidentiality

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• Friendly, confident and naturally good with people
• An excellent English communicator, both spoken and written
• Organised, attentive to detail and comfortable juggling priorities
• Calm and courteous when the clinic gets busy
• Confident using Outlook, Microsoft Office and digital booking systems
• A non-smoker

Arabic language skills and experience in a medical, surgical or aesthetic clinic would be an advantage, but are not essential. What matters most is your ability to combine professionalism with a genuinely caring approach.
