Halloween in Dubai is entirely what you make of it, and since it's a wholly expatriate holiday - it is not observed in Islamic culture - you may not have the All-Hallows Eve feels like you'd experience back in your home country.

As a result, costume shops are few in the emirate but those that are here have some incredible costumes that are sure to win you the prize of best (or scariest) outfit.
