Deck the halls, gather the family and slip into something festive because Christmas 2025 is coming to Dubai in style. From twinkling lights to seasonal treats and Santa sightings, these Dubai Christmas markets are perfect for a family outing, girls-night-out, or even a stylish solo wander.
Here are the standout festive bazaars to bookmark in the city for the 2025 season.
1. Madinat Jumeirah Christmas Market (Souk Madinat Jumeirah)
For families craving full festive immersion, or friend groups who want merriment and photo ops, head to the Madinat Jumeirah Christmas Market in Dubai. The canal-side Arabian architecture will be wrapped in fairy lights come festive season, with a towering Christmas tree in the centre, a North Pole train ride, snow-fight zone, bungee jump (yes really), a Venetian carousel and Santa cruising by on an abra.
Entry is free but rides, activities, and dining will cost extra. We recommend visiting during weekday afternoons or evenings for a less crowded experience.

2. Winter District (behind the Museum of the Future)
A chic winter festive market pop-up blends lavish shopping (beauty brands and curated gift stalls) with festive fun (Santa’s grotto, kids’ inflatables and live entertainment from 4 pm daily). Glitzy enough for a stylish evening out, yet family-friendly for a weekend adventure with the kids.
The Christmas market in Dubai opens from 2 PM until midnight (weekdays), and until 1 AM (weekends).

3. Winter City (Expo City Dubai, Al Wasl Plaza)
Winter City will feature a glowing tree-lighting every evening, lively workshops and performance zones for kids and grown-ups alike, along with market stalls for your Christmas shopping and quick bites.
Best for families who want a full afternoon of festive exploration, or couples seeking a relaxed but fun outing. Heads-up: General admission is AED 50, while entry is FREE for People of Determination (and one caregiver) and kids under 3 years old.
We suggest arriving early (4 PM to 6 PM) for the best parking/ride availability, or park your car near a Dubai metro station and take the train line to Expo 2020 station.
