Inline with the Jazz Garden series held in 2017 - the ongoing chants and standing ovations have not gone unheard.

In association with Habtoor Grand Resort, Chillout Productions are bringing back the full swing to all its music lovers!

Located in an outdoor green set-up that's open for all on the resort's green lawn, The Jazz Garden brings live performances from international jazz, blues, and contemporary artists from all around the world on a weekly basis.

This new entertainment concept was first introduced in Dubai back in 2017 and has brought Dubai residents opportunity to witness mesmerising performances including Denise King, Roy Young, Veronique Hermann-Sambin, and Faby Medina.

Each week, event-goers can enjoy free access to each session by simply registering ahead. As an exclusive casual concept, the series offers a premier set stage and the best of live entertainment from all over the world in a cool relaxed ambiance along with assorted international street food kiosks, cider bars, and beverage stations.

Registrants can grab a bean bag or a picnic table, you can also get your own camping chair and blanket or you can book your table for a minimum spends for four people.

At the arrival, a stretch of arts and crafts stalls are set to welcome the vibrant crowd from handmade jewelry and home accessories, paintings and distinct designed outwear. Don’t leave the night without marking it with The Jazz Garden rose from the Arabic henna booth. Also, don’t miss your selfie as all this lie in front of the beautifully lit skyscrapers of the Dubai Marina serving as the perfect backdrop and use the hashtag #thejazzgardendubai.

Happening on a weekly basis, The Jazz Garden sessions will delight music lovers until the start of April, and on February 28, the series will host the American Queen of Soul and Gospel, Chanda Rule.

For Chanda, singing was a dream realized in schoolgirl chorus at church. Born in between the off beats, and bump and grind of the Disco/Funk-Era in the Windy City, Chanda began weaving stories through song, humming melodies, and bending words as a child. A self-proclaimed "childhood shower singing sensation", music was her secret solace.

From small towns to international venues and musical theatre and festivals, Chanda embarked on a journey awed by the power of music that has taken her from small towns in Kentucky, Illinois, and Indiana, to international venues in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Moscow.

Awed by the power of music, Chanda proclaims "There is something about rhythm and melody that can always find a smile, throw a head back with laughter, or even tears… It transcends language and breaks through cultural and racial barriers."

At The Jazz Garden on February 28, Chanda will be supported by the trio African band “De Cruz” to open the stage for Chanda Rule. Expect a vibrant Jazz with Afrocentric vibes and rhythms to entice the audience.
