John Legend Will Return to Dubai at This Year's Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival

The excitement is building up as Chillout Productions’ announcement today reveals the second artist on its star-studded 2018 lineup. The acclaimed, multi-platinum selling, Golden Globe, and 10-time Grammy Award winning singer songwriter John Legend will return to Dubai to headline the second day of the 16th Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival, taking place at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre between 21st and 23rd February. .

Following his highly-anticipated Darkness and Light tour, and due to exceptional demand, John Legend is returning to the region to pour his heart out to fans. With his previous Dubai Jazz Fest performances in 2015 and 2008 that showcased the inherent prowess of his voice and his passionate piano playing, festivalgoers will be treated to yet another overwhelming display of raw talent. John Legend’s latest album Darkness and Light has been a global smash hit with top 10 singles Love Me Now and Penthouse Floor featuring Chance the Rapper. The album debuted on the Top 20 of the Billboard 200 and was streamed over 12 million times in the first week.

As he brings two hours of smooth soul and sultry R&B to the stage, fans can expect to hear his new singles as well as his greatest hit All of Me from his fourth studio album ‘Love in the Future’ which claimed the #1 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 Singles Chart and reached #1 on both Mainstream Top 40 and Rhythmic Charts. All of Me marked Legend’s highest selling and charting single to date, with sales over 5.5 million worldwide.
