Although the coronavirus has led to the postponement or cancellation of several UAE events, Dubai Comic Con will still geek on. In a statement from the organisers, it assured con-goers that MEFCC is "staying up-to-date and following all safety advice recommended by UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, as well as the World Health Organisation."
"Based on these official sources of update and guidance, it is business as usual for us and we look forward to welcoming all our visitors this weekend," it added.
