Be ready to sing and dance the night away

Hello... is it American singer Lionel Richie you're looking for? Well, you'll find him on Thursday 27th February 2020 at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre, headlining day two of the annual Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival.

The multi-award-winning rhythm and blues performer will be joined by jazz-fusion band Spyro Gyra on 26th February. Celebrated artists Lauryn Hill, Bruno Major, OneRepublic, as well as Sammy Miller and the Congregation will also be taking the stage.

Richie is no stranger to Dubai, having performed a sold-out show against the gorgeous skyline backdrop of Dubai Media City Amphitheatre back in April 2014.

Soul and jazz fans in the UAE are welcomed to party all night long to his massive array of hits, including Hello, Easy, Nightshift, and Three Times a Lady.

The 70-year old world-renowned artist, who began as a professional tennis player and reached infamy in the 1970s-80s with his R&B group The Commodores, has a long-standing career with over 90 million records sold.

This year's edition of the Dubai Jazz Festival will also mark Lauryn Hill and Bruno Major's debut performance in the emirate.

On Wednesday 26th February, the former Fugees singer and rising British singer/songwriter will take centre stage, belting out a number of hit tracks.

Festival-goers can expect a diversity of soulful beats with Lauryn Hill's captivating and sweet vocals, and the musical talents that has Bruno Major catapulting up the charts.

The infamous celebration of jazz and soul will close its last day with "Counting Stars" and "Feel Again" pop rock band OneRepublic, then Sammy Miller and the Congregation's bracing dose of joyful jazz.
