Tickets are now on sale for the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature 2020, the annual literary extravaganza which will take place from February 4 - 9, 2020 at the InterContinental, Dubai Festival City.

The entertaining and eclectic line-up has something for everyone, featuring big names, award-winning novelists and world-leading experts on the compelling issues facing us all today.

With insights on life’s big questions, ranging from how to save the planet, to how to make the world more sustainable, tolerant and harmonious for us all, book lovers can expect a stellar line up of multi-faceted programmes.

What's happening at Emirates Literature Festival this year

TV presenter and best-selling author Nadiya Hussain, Killing Eve creator Luke Jennings, historian Bettany Hughes, explorer Ranulph Fiennes, space scientist Dr. Maggie Aderin-Pocock, and UAE astronaut Hazzaa Al Mansouri are some of the inspiring writers who will entertain, inspire, challenge and excite people from all walks of life and of all ages.

Award-winning and best-selling authors include Tayari Jones, Jokha Alharthi, Hoda Barakat, Omaima Alkhamis, Esi Edugayan Mohammed Hanif, Linwood Barclay, Graeme Simsion, Santa Montefiori, Mitch Albom and Omar Saif Ghobash. The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature is the Arab World’s largest celebration of the written and spoken word. The 2021 festival will be held across three weekends at three fantastic venues: January 29 - 30 at the Jameel Arts Centre, February 4 - 6 at InterContinental Dubai, and from February 29 - 30 at Alserkal Avenue in Al Quoz.
