What motivates talent?
There are many drivers that can trigger talent in your organisation to perform at their peak, however the biggest driver seems to be understanding: what motivates talent?

The role of Talent Development is evolving fast, and HR needs to rethink its strategy to understand:

  • The real drivers of organisational talent
  • Results of a Harvard presented study
  • The ONLY skill talent really wants - and needs - is 'grit'
  • Is your organisation getting ROI from Talent Development? Budgets are tight, but talent is now even more in demand. In a recent brain study presented at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Kennedy found that Talent Development is a very costly business, and that high-potentials often get sick or leave their employers.

In this presentation, you will learn to:

  • Identify high potentials
  • Keep talent loyal
  • Create a culture of well-being to sustain talent
  • At the event, Prof. Dr. Kennedy will give a preview of his new book: Brain Triggers.

  • 8:30am - 9:30am: Registration and breakfast
  • 9:30am - 9:45am: Welcome
  • 9:45am - 10:45am: Prof. Dr. Justin James Kennedy
  • 10:45am - 11:15am: Q&A
  • 11:15am - 11:30am: Closing announcements and networking
  • What will you learn?

  • Identify high potentials and the importance of talent development
  • How to keep talent loyal
  • How to create a culture of well-being to sustain talent
  • Who should attend this event?

About Prof. Dr. Justin James Kennedy

Prof. Dr. Justin James Kennedy is a Thought Leader in Organisational Neuroscience, Licensed Healthcare Professional and Executive Coach. His first book 'Brain Triggers' is launching at the end of 2017.

His corporate career was interrupted by a motorbike accident, which left him in a coma. His head was swollen larger than a watermelon, his speaking abilities limited and his body was left paralyzed. After several brain surgeries and a lengthy recovery process, he learned what was needed to reboot his brain to walk and talk again. With strict discipline and endless will-power, he presented a PhD thesis based on his research in neuroscience in Switzerland several years later.

Today, Prof. Dr. Kennedy is a globally recognised profession of neuroscience. He has responsibilities as a research academic, notably with: Monarch Business School, where he is Head of Department for Organisational Behaviour and Psychology, and the University of Pretoria, where he is lead neuroscience researcher.

For over twenty years, Prof. Dr. Kennedy has been delivering C-Suite coaching services globally. He leverages his extensive business experience with emphasis on accelerating executive performance, developing talent and improving health and wellbeing of individuals and organisations.

Prof. Dr. Kennedy is the developer of the N3 Coaching model, which offers various programs designed to sustain wellbeing while developing behavioural techniques to perform at peak. His work is based on brain data to ensure medically measurable results.

Based on his own story, and the journey to reboot his brain, he is coaching and aspiring people to become healthier, happier and more successful in life and at work.

"A change of mind changes everything", - Prof. Dr. Justin James Kennedy.
