About Prof. Dr. Justin James Kennedy
Prof. Dr. Justin James Kennedy is a Thought Leader in Organisational Neuroscience, Licensed Healthcare Professional and Executive Coach. His first book 'Brain Triggers' is launching at the end of 2017.
His corporate career was interrupted by a motorbike accident, which left him in a coma. His head was swollen larger than a watermelon, his speaking abilities limited and his body was left paralyzed. Today, Prof. Dr. Kennedy is a globally recognised profession of neuroscience. He has responsibilities as a research academic, notably with: Monarch Business School, where he is Head of Department for Organisational Behaviour and Psychology, and the University of Pretoria, where he is lead neuroscience researcher.
For over twenty years, Prof. Dr. Kennedy has been delivering C-Suite coaching services globally. He leverages his extensive business experience with emphasis on accelerating executive performance, developing talent and improving health and wellbeing of individuals and organisations.
Prof. Dr. Kennedy is the developer of the N3 Coaching model, which offers various programs designed to sustain wellbeing while developing behavioural techniques to perform at peak. His work is based on brain data to ensure medically measurable results.
Based on his own story, and the journey to reboot his brain, he is coaching and aspiring people to become healthier, happier and more successful in life and at work.
