Hi.
I was wondering if someone knows of a Personal Trainer who specialises in training someone who has a bad back or has experience with this. I used to train regularly in the gym with weights and do classes but have been suffering with a bad back (nothing serious, SI joint L4 L5 inflammation) but haven't been able to do anything for 2 years. I have also tried Pilates but found that painful....not sure if I should start that again. Would love to get back into shape and thinking if I had a Personal Trainer it might push me a little. Would welcome any feedback.
Thanks

Sorrell and B2b fitness. I had the same back problem as you. I had physiotherapy for months but it didn't work as well as I hoped. I called Sorrell and she was thorough with all my back history and I have been so happy. They have a facebook page.

Thanks I would not see a personal trainer for this, I highly recommend Kris Rai at California chiropractic center, dhcc. he is a osteopath from the uk but a movement and exercise specialist. he will watch you exercise do and correct the way you move when you exercise to help your condition too but helping you get more healthy too. he is amazing, and does some wonderful things. http://www.californiachiropracticcenter.com/clinic_staff/kris-rai/
