Is that because they've recently laid all the piping for the landscaping and are constantly watering now? Wouldn't surprise me if that's the problem, as I seriously doubt they put damp proofing and water resistants in place. So glad I just moved out of there. IDAMA are a bit useless. My last dealings with them were, calling for someone to come 'quickly' as my kitchen was flooding. No one ever showed up and I had to fix the problem myself - they called me two weeks later, after I'd moved out. :(
I am living in Shorooq also "007" apartment and am facing the same issue, i have only been here a month and complained twice to idama and they still have not even painted over at a minimum.
What was your outcome? Very interested to find out what they can do about this to fix it once and for all.
