Thanks for asking :). Not great at all - our best night has been up three times and our worst I lost count after ten. Every daytime nap is a battle and I am wrecked.

We're back to Dubai on Monday and are going to see Cecile. We need to get this sorted as I feel like I'm starting to crack up, so much so that I'm worried about coming back as I'll be so far away from my family, but I'm trying to see it as a new start and an opportunity to get Will into a proper routine with decent sleep.

Here's hoping the New Year will bring us some much-needed rest!

I saw a GP here who said me still feeding him might be having an effect on the PND, as my hormones will still not be back to normal, and I do seem to get worse before and during a period. He's given me Cerazette and I think it's made a bit of a difference, but he said taking the regular pill will help more so I want to try that before I look at taking anything else for it. But I'll see what Cecile says about it before I try anything. I definitely think Will has developed an association between feeding and sleeping so I'm not sure I can stop that without stopping BF :(.

Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear things are not that great. I totally understand where you are coming from. I had no probs with DS1 but DS2 has proven to be quite a bad sleeper to date (he is 10 months now). Hope you have luck with Cecile. Good luck and keep us posted p.s - I have thought about stopping the breastfeeding too - but I have spoken to other women who said it made no difference. I would check with Cecile before
