I have never been further than the Oman border when doing a visa run. However, as you approach Hatta there is Hatta Fort Hotel on your left. Ages since we have eaten there but it was OK. The border could be busy today as it is the weekend. It's now 200 dhs. per person to renew. Just make sure you don't forget your passport !! Have a safe journey.
