Me and hubby together for 4 yrs - finally got married this summer and now desperatly trying to concieve - nothing seems working till now. and finally i stopped menstruating for some time. I was on yasmin for 1 year before this - and now having some hormons problems - prgesterone obviousely is low. Dr. Yuliya put me kn Duphaston - which after reading a lot on it - i discovered is not the best option to ballance hormons. Much better is the natureal ways and remedies.
I amd doing yoga regullary, stopped smoking and maintaining healthy diet. It is been almost 6 months from the moment we started ttc.... and still nothing.... i am getting so dipressed month by month.... it is so wanted moment and so out of my hands - i wish there is anyone out there going through the same problems... i feel so depressed.. seems like i have no hours in a day to think about hence trying to keep myself very preoccupied with some thing - so i can stop thinking about it - but any free momemnt - and snap! I am all over this depression again.... Is ther anything what might help???? is there any solution to "not think" about it - as everybody are stating the less you concentrate on it the better...

*hugs* For starters stop tensing yourself. Enjoy intimacy and dont focus on creating a baby. When u start concentrating on doing it right thats when it takes longer. Getting pregnant is not that easy.. u have about 12 chances a year, so why stress? Also, its not necesarry that u ovulate when the doctors tell u. I got pregnant totally out of the normal cycle.. heck! i had 2 doctors claim that it is practically impossible for me to be prgnant and guess who was wrong! Ask your doctor about taking folic acid and evening primrose oil. Dony worry too much! U r doing good with taking care of yourself.. let nature take care of herself and u just relax! I knew about taking Folic Acid while getting pregnant.............but does EPO help too?

I'm going to echo Shaf's advice - the main thing is to be relaxed.... and this goes especially for men. If your husband is also getting stressed seeing you so upset, then I think it has an effect on the number of little swimmers he produces - not that he has any control over it! Relax and enjoy married life together - it's a wonderful time to enjoy the freedom and intimacy that kids tend to wreck. Do those mad romantic last-minute breaks... go to the cinema or have a great night out without worrying about babysitters... all that and more. You can also try taking folic acid and a general multi-vitamin, as well as regular exercise, a healthy, balanced diet and cutting down on caffeine, smoking and alcohol. Don't worry about hormone levels or anything else that only science can measure - instead concentrate on how you feel inside and the rest will follow when you're ready.
