Yup, mine too! Have been on to customer service twice today already where they've promised me a call back within 2 hrs-needless to say, still haven't had that call back-suprise suprise. Du must have the WORST customer service anywhere. They drive me ****** mad!
Yes, we have been having the same problem for a couple of days. Sometimes there is a message on the top of the screen saying they are upgrading the system. Not sure for how long though.
Hi ladies, is anyone one else having problems getting tv listings on their DU Box? Most OSN channels are saying "no info" so no idea what is on and nothing is being recorded? Know there was some sort of upgrade a few days ago so not sure if this is the problem...any one know?
