Hi SueB!! Yes it was a very busy week!! I have to download some photos for Mr. Pat and I must share with you some stories about other cats here but I am too tired now to write :) I will do it soon this week.. Actually I will need your advice on a male cat (clearly not spayed) who is bullying the other cats including Mr. Pat!!!

Thank you Sue and Jumeirah Jane I am really hoping to find her owners today. Actually I was not going to bring her inside the house but then I saw the mark on her body from the operation and the cat was so desperate to come inside. When she saw me on the main door, she jumped on me and was purring loudly, all villas in Springs look the same so the poor cat got confused :( Anyway she is a purring machine, was snacking on dry food all night, I didn't sleep neither my cats did, she choose a squeaking mouse to play with so I was hearing crunching, growling (my cats), squeaking and meowing all night long!!! Today I have too much work in the office so I cannot take her to the vet in the morning but I will start with emails and phone calls :) Wish me and HER luck!! Photos are already posted on the main forum Just call a few vets from sue B's list and describe her, hope you find her home soon.

Hi Ladies Microchipping is really very very important. The little girl that I found is reunited with her owner. It appears that she escaped from the main door when he owner was throwing the garbage outside. Marwan from Lucky Vet helped in calling all the clinics to check if the microchip is registered with them. At the end the cat was registered in Al Safa Vet and they gave us all the contact details of the owner who happens to live on the same street as mine in Springs. The owner informed me that he adopted this little cat as they were going to put her to sleep and he was very happy to have her back. They have also a rescued dog in the house, but "Elly" (nickname is Lily, the cat) is the boss :) If you have a cat or dog that is not microchipped yet, please do the microchip ASAP, it is very important!

absolutely she will have a chip!!!! she has just been spayed recently so she belongs to someone :)...take her in tomorrow and she could be with her family tomorrow night :)..fingers crossed that the vet registered her chip!!!! Start with the vet closest to you and work out from there. If no luck, send her picture to all the vets (list on the top) then follow up with a phone call to an actual vet, not just reception. Hang, on I might be a bit ahead of myself. If she has her shots she has a chip so hopefully she had all her shots before the op!!! edited by SueB on 12/01/2011 edited by SueB on 12/01/2011

You need to call all the vets and ask if they know the owner, ideally get her scanned for a chip. That is a fairly recent op so the vets will remember, please call them and check Dubizzel etc for a missing cat.

As you all know, I have been feeding Mr. Pat for sometime now. To my biggest surprise, I went out to the garden and found this female cat sitting in the cage which I left outside. The cat was freaked out and she clearly belongs to someone. She left the cage and jumped outside, however when I went to the main door she came running to me purring and she wanted to enter. This cat sure belongs to someone here in the area!! She has just been spayed but not wearing a collar. She is white, black and ginger color. Please let me know if this is your cat or know her owner as I cannot keep her. She is inside the spare room now. http://www.flickr.com/photos/58231259@N08/5346229939/in/photostream/
