Just want to share our experience in discovery gardens. We shifted in DG some time in February last year. We paid the flat in 1 cheque for a year contract. For the first 6 months everything is fine, until one day we were receiving constant notice from Palm cooling that our landlord had an overdue payment for almost 6 months. To make this short, in November they cut the A/C in the whole buidling. We said we can still manage since winter is approaching, we just bought a portable AC. Then this month we were just surprised that we went home without elelectricity and water in the full building without getting any notice from DEWA! We are stayign in 4th floor so the following day we move to other buidling and brought our stuff via stairs from 4th floor to ground...
