Yes it's on, so is tomorrow evening we will be kept awake on the ranches with the 24 hr race? I didn't sleep a wink last year even with the windows closed, I can't imagine what it must be like if you live on MC, it's like slow torture for 3 days with the droning noise ! At least its only once a year I suppose.
