Actually yes, if the sign is only in Arabic, that's the national language - you're expected to find out what it says (same as your labor and rental contracts)

yeah, my guests were over a couple months ago, and we took their (couple and a baby) picture at festival city, near the flower stand on the first floor near ikea. thirty seconds later, two plain-clothed men come up to us and tell us to show them the camera. why? because "we were taking pictures of the atm machines in the back"! i mean, wtf?! and they were so serious, walkie talkies and all, "we're calling security". so we said go ahead, you're not getting the camera, and we'll take you to court for your stupidity. we walked on. i mean jeeez!
