How busy is AL WASL?

Has anyone recently delivered at Al Wasl Hospital? HOw busy are they? I am not too particular about the kind of room i get. Though a private room would be preferable. My DD was born there in an emergency scenario and we didnt get a pvt room. It wasnt all that bad. Everyone is as awkward as the other and keeps to themselves.
I would like to know though, whether they really give you enough time and do the check ups thoroughly. I didnt have and consultation visits there last time ( only the emergency delivery as there was a complication) Ive heard that they are very busy now and the waiting period for appointments is very long.
ANY COMMENTS?
