If you rent a shoreline appt do you automatically get free use of the gym & beach club? I know you have to pay for those facilities with the Golden Mile.

Also interested to hear from those living in a shoreline appartment and what you think of the area.

Also check noise levels in Shoreline. Some neighbours are very noisy and the sound proofing of the apartments is dire. Sometimes you are ok, but if you have particularly inconsiderate neighbours then you could really suffer. Particularly now prices have dropped, shoreline has attracted people who couldn't previously afford them....

Thanks. That is good to know Nikki. Found a place that I am looking to lease so just wanted to double check the facilities are included. I'll check thru the contract carefully :)

As a resident, yes you should get 'free' use of the gym and beach club. It is not actualy free though the owner of the apartment pays a charge for these to Nakheel along with his service charge, I am aware that some Landlords may try and pass this on so make sure your contract states that you do not have to pay this charge and that it is included in your rent.
