Our 1 year lease is up @ the end of Feb. We have never had to deal w/ the owner since the day we signed the lease... our lease states that we had to let the owners know if we wanted to "renew" the lease but it does not state anything otherwise. I was told last night that we were to give the LL 3 months notice by "law".. Is this true?? Are we going to be stuck for another year??
