[color=#FF0066]Have my studio for yourself for the next few months (for AED 4300/month) with very high possibility of extending rent for the long term. This is a great deal considering the location and the state of the studio.
The studio is lovely, located in the Links (Greens al Barsha Area), amazing location,walking distance from restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, it's right by the lake, clean, very well maintained, fully and beautifully furnished, with a very nice pool and a fully equipped gym available (you can also jog outside by the lake which is lovely!). Cable and internet already set; you just need to move in... [/color];)
