Muslim Ladies, how do you jog with your Hijab on?
Doesnt it make u feel uncomfortable?

no wonder... the maximum Vitamin D deficient live here :) Muslim Ladies, if you think that vitamin D is low have it tested at the doc. and then take vitamin D tablets if needed. Also you don't need to expose your whole body to get enough vit. D , your face and hands can do the job, too :) but then again, for your skin sake it is better to apply SPF lotion every time you are out ( or in ) and this is not helping with vit. D at all! So, the tablets can be a good solution out of this. Vit D is very important for our body.This is how it works for me.

In Syria they make cotton track suits with very long jackets, don't know if you can find smthg like this here?!

Am bad.... i wear a long sleeve top, long trakkies, put my hair in a bun and then use a bandana to cover it all. If it's cold will also put on a hoody. i know it's not perfect as you can see my neck but my hair is covered :)

You see ladies in abayas and hijab jogging around Safa Park sometimes. I'm always filled wit admiration for them, even if you're used to walking in an abaya it's making it harder to run so good on them.
