I am in the Ghadeer 1 section of The Lakes and although not independant, they are very nice and new. They are identical to the Ranches. There are 3 different types here so worth checking out. Large yards in some too.

All of Maeen 1 and 5 are. Maeen 2 is a mix, Maeens 3 and 4 are all townhouses as are all of forat and Zulal. I no longer have my Lakes brochure with all the info and different types in it unfortunately.
