We go to the EW Mums & Toddler group at Mirdif City Centre on a Tuesday morning - 30dhs for 2 hours play and the area is huge with a variety of play things including big soft play/climbing area. DD loves it and really tires her out running round!
Only thing I will say is, depending on the age of your LO and how much supervision he/she needs, it can be hard to get chatting to mums as you are constantly watching where your LO is and running after them so conversations can be a bit hit and miss. BUT I have made some lovely friends there so wouldn't write it off after one visit, took me more than a few weeks of few minute chats to build up friendships.
