Doesn't help picking up little bubs all the time too I suppose. I have tried hot water bottle and deep heat spray :( Any other ideas welcome.

You could always try Dr. Charles Jones in Dubai Healthcare City, he is a Chiropractor, which is very similar to an Osteopath, he has sorted my neck and lower back out as i have an ongoing problem with arthritis.... he and his wonderful team are excellent, the lady who does the sports massages used to work for the National Portugeuse football team, she has wonderful hands. Good luck, hope you get sorted out.

Yes the neuro spinal hospital has a MRI and a fantastic physio department . My DH had a major neck surgery there 5 years ago and very happy with the outcome..They are a small hospital but very well equipped and very friendly staff

Hi Just wondering if anyone can help. I have been going to Osteopathy place next to Choits been to see an Osteo and Cranial Ost and Physio but still have a really painful back this has been going on for more than 6 weeks now. I have an apt booked in a week at the Spinal Hosp on beach road but wondering will they be able to take an ultra sound or Mri scan there? I don't think I can have an x ray as I am bf my baby because of the radaition? Really want to get some images thou as this is just not getting better and without brufen I wouldn't be able to pick up my baby :(

You can put an ice pack/cold pack on the sore spot for 10-15 minutes 3 times per day. Buy one that you can just stick back in the fridge/freezer when your done. Take Advil/ Ibuprofen. Both of the above will decrease the inflammation. Just make sure you take the Ibuprofen with something in your stomach. This is what I did for my back strain. In the meantime, careful with the lifting; back injuries can take time to heal and you can reinjure easily. Good luck----I can sympathize.

I highly recommend Aziza Zubeidi from the Oesteopathy Health Clinic. She works out of both the Uptown Mirdif and Al Wasl Road Offices. http://www.osteopathydubai.com/ HTH :)

Can recommend Russell Hill at the Osteopathy Centre. They are one or two villas away from Choithram's on Al Wasl Road.

Agree with SimpleABC. Osteopathy is the best. Haven't found one here though

I swear by osteopathy for a bad back, but I don't know any osteopaths here. Maybe some old hand can make a recommendation for you?
