I have heard that many people deliver early in the UAE, has anyone else heard this or thought this is true? In the last 2 weeks, I know two people who have had babies, and both have come considerably earlier! (ie - 9 weeks and 6 weeks). Thanks so much!

Not sure if it has anything to do with UAE. I think our lifestyles these days all over the world have just gotten a lot more stressful and that plays up on womens health? I have friends in other countries who have had early babies too. The rate is definitely considerably higher than it was about 15 yrs ago. My first was 7 weeks early and im crossing my fingers and toes that i can take this second one to term.

I wouldn't say any more than anywhere else. I delivered early but was also early with my first who was born in Canada. Four of my close friends back home when early and went early with their second as well.
