Jumeirah Zabeel opening night on the west crescent! Amazing fireworks! Thought they had their opening night at the begining of January? Atlantis set some fireworks off just after Zabeel finished theirs - i wonder if it's becoming a competition as to who has the best!! In my excitement of writing my first post i forgot to say hello:)

Jumeirah Zabeel opening night on the west crescent! Amazing fireworks! What is that, please? Unexpected Dubai - went for a drink at the Interconti DFC Eclipse after seeing Lionel Shriver speak and landed up in a private function, in the middle of a literary quiz, full of poets, authors and people. Such fun. Would never have happened in Geneva or London!
