Thanks for your replies! I actually found them in a pharmacy in Dubai Mall. Guess they are more popular than I thought. I used it now and it feels much better than a normal one. Hope it will help me get rid of my splitting nails for once!!

Check out the counter areas in the pharmacy's here, I certainly bought mine at The Greens a while back. I also bought a very pretty one from Debenhams decorated with colours crystals - very Dubai bling!

I have the OPI Crystal File and I love it, would much rather use it than a normal file now. Not sure where you get them here though as mine came from the UK. I think Leighton Denny do one too, again not sure of suppliers here but would definitely recommend the glass file.
