I am looking to move to the Ranches any time between now and 15 May - agents cant seem to find anywhere - 4 or 5 bedrooms upto around AED 270K. Anyone know of any becoming available.

Check the House Hunters website, they also have a mini office in Le Marche. Usaually they have lots of villas for rent in the Ranches.

Check out Dubbizle property to rent site, loads on there, depends which area of ranches you want. We found ours on there, priced over our budget but we offered what we thought it was worth and the offer was accepted, a good bit lower than the asking price. Good Luck.
