HAMLEYS at Dubai Mall! I visited the Hamleys store in London before twice and though I am single and I dont have kids, I enjoyed like a small child in that store. It is just amazing, nothing is like Hamleys! I bought gifts from there for children in the family and I have kept the plastic bags with Hamleys name as a souvenir :) This is their location in Dubai Mall http://www.thedubaimall.com/en/shop/hamleys And this is Hamleys website, they have a section for action toys http://www.hamleys.com/ Dont know if it will be a good idea to take your children with you, you might end up with a large bill :D

depends on what you're looking for really. oftentimes one shop will have what the other doesn't, etc, so there's no one shop that has it all. also, you'll want to see your budget, do you want a long-lasting toy, excellent quality, or one that will just last a couple of months. apart from the ones amelia's suggested you can try: babyshop - they have a lot of the lamaze toys which my daughter loved at 9/10 months, also a whole bunch of inexpensive toys hamley's m&s sometimes have very limited but good toys any hypermarket will stock lots of toys (cheap) that can keep a baby pretty busy
