Wipe warmer I only saw when I was in the uk and have not seen it here,sorry I can't help you there, but the nappy genie I've seen there, I've seen tommee teepee ones and other brands. I think you can get them from any big supermarket, or baby shop, mothercare and so on. you can even get them second hand on dubizzle. I never had one either and Im really tempted to get one this time around.
I guess I was trying to be humourous in that I've only ever heard of first time mums using a wipe warming machine. PFB and all that....
