I have personally never tried any of them but my colleague has - Live'ly.
Whilst she was on it, she did loose a lot of weight - but when she was no longer using them, the weight came back.
So, if you plan to stick with them for a very long time OR use their idea of what kind of food to take, go for it.
But if you stop and go back to your 'old' eating habit, the weight will creep back....
Lively, I visited them more than 2 years ago, their receptionist was too much fat and at the end I didnt join because I thought that their staff must be at least not that fat, to motivate people. I heard though good things about them but they are the most expensive ones.
Right Bite: I tried their food in 2008 and it was very delicious, dont ask about the weight because I didnt loose anything. Though other colleagues at work are with them and they tell me that they loose when they stick to what they send them.. I dont notice the difference really because my colleagues are slim anyway!!

Here is my reply in details after a long experience with Health Factory which I was having because I dont know how to cook and for CONVENIENCE, because I dont have time to spend long hours in the kitchen.
Negative points about Health Factory:
- If you pay one month in advance and you didnt like their food they will not return your money. So if you decided to join them, tell them you want to try for one week and pay for one week or maximum 2 weeks.
- Their breakfast mostly consists of a bottle of light milk with corn flakes or 2 pieces of manakish, not much creativity and it is something you can make yourself.
- Their morning or afternoon snacks are 0% fat fruit yoghurt (you can find in supermarket), light alpen bar (you can find in supermarket), and fresh fruits (either little grapes, or pineapples + strawberries, etc...) again it is something you can prepare yourself - from time to time, you will see in their menu, lberry cheese cake, chocolate muffin, date cake which consists of one very small piece of cake and it is not that delicious anyway.
- Their CHICKEN is VERY VERY VERY SMELLY.. it seems that their chef doesnt boil the chicken to remove the bad smell or doesnt clean it with lemon... whatever the others do to remove the bad smell, health factory are not doing and it is very disgusting!!
- Their dinner portion consists of a tiny salad most of the time, and it is not much creative really.
- Lot of their meals contain pasta and rice.
- One day you will get a spoon of rice with a lot of pieces of chicken for lunch which is supposed to be for example 350 calories and the next day you will get a tiny piece of salmon with some vegetables and no rice and they mention that it is 350 calories!!! Seriously they have no idea how to count their calories!!!
- Sometimes their vegetables are not fresh, you will see the lettuce has some brown color!!
Positive Point: I used to like their fishes selection and I liked them all.
zaza, I'm investigating this at the moment and quite like the look of simply healthy, which I found mentioned on a different thread. Fancy being my diet buddy on this, starting as soon as we can get it organized, next week? I have a massive amount to lose and need to get kick started into healthy eating and then must attack the exercise aspect of things..

Good luck to you, anyhow, if you're interested in propping each other up, please email me at simpleasanniebc at gmail dot com !
zaza I should also add, I hate capsicum (bell peppers) and although I asked (several times) for them not to be included in the food they sent me it was always in all the salads, and in a lot of the cooked dishes as well which also put me off.
Maybe if there wasn't capsicum in everything I would have liked it better. As a concept though it is great, if you enjoy the food, you end up having nice food that you don't have to think about which is great.
I used Health Factory for 3 months. I liked their food and lost 4.5 kg per month. Had a few delivery issues but that was about it.
Keep in mind this was 4 years ago so I dont know how they are currently....

OK they might have changed since now but these were the prices for health factory:
2950 for most programs 6x days (they don't deliver for friday) this was for all meals for the day
Lunch, Side Dish & Snack :
* Dhs. 1,200 (5 days per week)
* Dhs. 1,400 (6 days per week)
The kids one is 2500
can you remember what you paid? what didnt you like? food portion? selection or was it just not for you?
I always seemt o eat what DH eats and then when he is away I eat toast for breakfast, lunch and dinner and all day inbetween so I thought a programme would be good for me.
The portions were fine, didn't like the way the food tasted though, and I also had a few problems with them, twice they forgot parts of the meal in the package, and in three separate days I found bits of plastic inside the food which was really unpleasant.
I may have just been unlucky though... this was about a year ago and I only did it for one month. Also I did it during summer and even though they dropped the food off at like 4am or something like that by the time I got it inside from hanging on my door at 7am the food wasn't well kept in their little bags....
You know, I can't remember what I paid at all, I'll have a fish through my email though and see if I can find it.

I tried health factory after reading about it on here and didn't really like it. Another friend of mine used Go Litely and was happy with it, she didn't lose weight though but to be fair she is really skinny already so not sure why she was doing it... Another woman I know has lost lots of weight using rite bite and she always raves about how nice the food is and she said it was cheaper than the others she looked into.
