It cost not much less then the quote from the VW dealer and two weeks later had to be taken to the VW dealer anyway as the problem (leak in AC) had not been repaired properly. They also couldn't fix the problem we had with the front passenger seat.

Went to pick it up Thurday and found the fault not fixed. You mean they said it was fixed but when you tried the seat it didn't work, or when you turned up they said "Sorry, we haven't been able to fix it yet"? edited by edna.welthorpe on 23/04/2011 We discovered the seat had not been fixed. No one told us anything. We had picked up the keys and were about to drive off. We went back into the office and then they said they had not got the right part. I just wonder why they did not tell us anything when we collected it.

I've never had any issues with them, and have used AAA in both Rashidiya and Al Quoz. They always call if there's a problem and give an estimate for extra work and won't do things that aren't necessary. Always found them very good.

We have used them only once but would not go back, car went for check up Sunday, there was a fault with the electric seat mechanism, they promised to have it done by Tuesday, called to ask if ready told it would be ready Thursday. Went to pick it up Thurday and found the fault not fixed.

We have been using them for some time for both our cars and have found them to be fine. Touch wood, our cars have been pretty reliable and they usually just go in for service and maybe an odd repair that is found at the time. We always insist they telephone with an estimate before they proceed with any work besides the service and if we don't feel the work is necessary we don't have it done. DH's car was in last week for service and they advised it needed rear brake pads. Total bill came to just under 1200 which we thought was very reasonable. We have also used the main agents and been ripped off !! Sorry, don't know if they will collect from your house as we always deliver to them.
