Recommendation for OB/GYN for potential high-risk pregnancy

We are thinking about trying for #4 - my last pregnancy was eventful as I had placenta previa and ended up with a GA at 33 weeks because of a bad bleed. Prior to this I have had a D&C and a c-section.
Specialist at the time said I probably shouldn't have anymore but I really want #4. I know most of the risks but want to go and talk to a specialist that deals in high-risk pregnancies.
Also would like to know what hospitals I should be looking at should we go ahead with trying.
