Hey honey, it is NOT strange at all to feel lost and in need of some psychological advice, I know first hand because I was in a postnatal depression for almost 6 months after my son had a severe case of reflux. I do think that the best person to talk to would be someone like a midwife or 'baby consultant' like Cecile, because they can help you with other aspects of childcare as well. Infinity clinic also offers post natal midwife services where they come to your house to help you out with the baby and answer any questions you might have. Or you can tell the women on the forum what exactly your problem is and we can help you with the best advice we can offer. Good luck!! x
