Hi, i don't know if you can get the inplant in your arm over here? Had mine done in the UK - It lasts for 3 years. You can have it taken out, should you not like it or wish to try for a baby.
It's worked very well, the only down fall is whilst your body gets used to it, your cycle will be all over the place.
