Where are you living now- my friends just had a baby and they live in appt near Grovenor house, its a 3 bed but 3rd room tiny so might be ok for maids room. Also would you consider a villa- springs etc?
Try seeing in the maids category for any maids avail in april or else contract Howdra and get one through there.
baby items- seen loads on dubizzle which seem in good condition or sometimes the lovely ladies on this site sell their stuff so always good to keep an eye out.
Im not sure, i dont have a baby yet but all my friends do so im the expert baby gift shopper- check out the sales now im sure you will get some good bargains. Ive recently stocked up on baby gifts for bdays etc as its all i seem to be spending on lately.
