DD is reflux free now having come off Losec a few weeks ago and is doing really well!

I have a bag full of Infant Gaviscon satchets to give away. Expiry is next year.

Sars82, my DS hit a bad case of reflux at 4 months. We tried all of the usual things they recommend (frequent burping, sleeping slightly raised up, etc.), but nothing worked until the pediatrician suggested Nexium 10mg powder. I used to mix the dosage she prescribed with water and give it to him twice a day. It worked within a couple of days. He was a different baby! Ask your doctor as the dosage depends on the baby's weight. Our pediatrician is Dr Zakiya Jayousi at City Centre Clinic in Deira. Good luck. I know what you are going through. It's very, very difficult. Our DS refused to sit or lie down, he just wanted to be carried upright all the time.

Hi m I came across your post searching for reflux related issue . Who was your baby's doctor . My 4 month old has silent reflux and the doctors are of no big help . When did Ur baby outgrow it ? I am so upset here .. He seems in a lot of discomfort .
